LS1 Hot cam
Has anyone installed the LS1 Hot cam?
How does it idle, is it louder, can you pass emission tests and did you notice much of a perf. improvement.
Would you do it again?

If you don't get many replys on this forum, check over on the LS1tech.com forum quite a few f. body guys run that cam. You might also want to give the Vettedoctors a call they have a custom cam that really makes tremendous horsepower with stock heads. How does 11.6 @ 115 MPH in an A4 grab you with STOCK HEADS.

The guys over at ls1tech all say that it idles very rough. You will get more performance out of other cams, but the price is right on the hot cam kit. I think that the general consensus on the gain is in the 30 horsepower region.
