Backlights go out
When I get in my car, everything is working fine. Backlights are on. (I'm in the garage). Put the key in and everything is still good. Turn the key to on and the backlights go out across the board. Start the engine and backlights are still out. Turn on the headlights and the backlights come back on. I did remove the HVAC control head to have the backlights fixed. Thoughts on this. Obviously, the backlights do work just not when I turn the key over. Something else that I noticed is that usually the headlights automatically come on when I'm in the garage. They have stopped doing that.
I pulled the codes and the only current one is the RTD B2795 which has nothing to do with the light issue.
