Is zo6 leaf springs better than base c5 leaf springs?

My 97 C5 I upgraded shocks and sway bars from C6 zo6.

"Better" is subjective.
They're surely better for performance oriented driving.
They're surely less comfortable for normal street driving.
If I were to guess, you prefer a stiffer ride, so for you perhaps they are "better".
