Headlight door will not open?

Headlight door will not open?
I put my lights on and only one came up? Never had this happen before. Would there be a separate fuse for this?

Thank you all for your input...…….I pulled the #3 fuse and it was good but ……….when I put it back in the light door opened
must have had some corrosion on the fuse or contact.....Polished it up put it back in. Thanks again.
