f55 shock replacement
Looking at 50th anniv vert with about 90K miles, I am guessing if original f55 shocks are still on I will need a replacement. I am hearing about 1700 for four

F-55 magnetic ride shocks are about $400 a piece on RockAuto. Ever since GM put in the b******* about no discounts, the price on these parts has gone up as well as all other OEM parts that GM sells.

I used Bilstein Sports to replace mine, and frankly cannot tell the difference in ride and handling.
Note that I normally kept the F55 setting on the stiffer setting (Sport) before.
If you normally use the softer (Tour) setting, you might be better off with the softer HD Bilsteins (but that is only a guess).
