It totally depends on what your current and future plans are for your car.. If you plan on staying with a mostly stock motor with just bolt-ons, I would highly recommend the TTS because of their smaller diameter primary tubes that help out incredibly with torque.. If you have engine plans in the future such as heads, cam, stroker motor, etc I highly recommend the Stainless Works Long Tubes.. They are made of Stainless Steel, which in my opinion is the best material for headers.
Email me if you want any more information or pricing on either headers.
I concur with Matt, to some extent. TTS headers are well built, and the primary diameters complement stock displacement motors. On more radical H/C cars, or big blocks, I suggest you look at LGM's headers. The build quality is fantastic, they are stainless, are true equal length long tubes with merge collectors, and so forth. While they allow your engine to make HP, their forte is torque, which will obviously benefit some of the more radical H/C setups. On my big block I'm getting 507rwtq and 486rwhp without any truly detailed tuning (the latter underway). And did I mention how great they sound? Like the hinges of hell when WOT!!!

At the same time as the headers Im getting a cam, x-pipe, and LS1 edit. I plan to do the heads sometime late next year. Also I dont want to have any clearance problems and dont mind losing some horsepower for an easy install. I will be calling Exit 28 Ive bought all my other mods there so far. Thanks for the info.
I just finished my install of the Stainless Works headers (thanks Matt  ), and I think these headers are the way to go. First off, they are stainless steel, and will last a VERY long time. They fit great, lots of room now that those pesky stock manifolds are gone. Sound is awesome....and lastly, they aren't too expensive ($1200 shipped for the 3/8 flange). Check em out... :D
