My rotors on my Z continually warp and GM will not fix them despite my best efforts. Anyway I am thinking of either the Eradispeeds or the Dilusi replacemetns (oem sizes). Any ideas on which one would be best? The Dilusi's are a bit more money but still within my budget.
Thanks,
Joe
I have heard good things about both of those rotors. The ERadispeeds come with an anti warp warranty I believe. I went with rotors done by Porterfield...they take stock rotors, Heat Treat them, And cross drill them price is $140 per rotor. I have yet to put them on the car and I have never had warped rotors on this car (25,000 miles). But I will let the forum know how they work when they are on the car. Good luck with your decision.
Read the post by Skyguy "Warped rotors and other brake myths"...it seems that rotors do not warp, pad material builds up on the surface causing the pulsing you feel. http://<a href="http://www.stoptech....s_myth.htm</a>
I would guess that 90% of "warped" rotors are due to improperly torqued lug nuts, or to the brake pad build-up mentioned. Sand the rotors and do a brake pad "seasoning" routine to check it on your car. :)

I like the Eradispeeds for street and occasional track events. They work great and look very cool.
If you are going to get into Track events in a big way, I would go with "The Brake Man". Their convoluted rotors are outragious. We have had excelent luck with them on ALS cars as well as quite a few sprint cars.
