Default Battery Drain Issue

I have a 99 C5 and im chasing a parasitic drain. I was hovering around 80 to 100 milliamps. I pulled the #47 Ignition 1 fuse in the passenger footwell fuse box and dropped to 30 milliamps. The fuse doesnt look broken but it was crusty looking so i clean it off with a wire brush but the reading went back to 90 milliamps when i reinstalled it. Question is, do i need a new fuse or is there and issue with the ignition switch. Thanks in advance.

Normal current draw is about 25 milliamps, 90 is excessive, and a new fuse or the ignition switch is not the problem. Search this site for the procedure where you measure the millivolt drop across the fuses to determine what the source of the current drain is, there is also a chart that lists the millivolt values and what that translates to current. Hope this helps and good luck.
