Default Cluster issue or what??

My dic doesn't work even though it lights up but the cluster will say low washer fluid even though it's full. The fuel level will show full then it'll go to empty and it'll say low fuel then it'll go back to normal. Plus low air tire pressure even though it's fine. Any input if it's the cluster or something else

Sounds like the cluster is failing. But as a first step inspect the wire harness going through the drivers door. There are known issues with these connections. See the threads by Bill Curlee on the C5 electrical system.

With the mention of the DIC button issue I think the issue is the cluster based on my experience.

So the cluster can effect the dic??
Is it hard to remove the cluster? I'd just hate to remove it and buy another and it still do the same because it's a different issue. A d what so you mean about the door harness? Can you please elaborate .

The DIC is part of the gauge cluster. I have seen a couple of cars that the DIC buttons would no longer work. After a bit of troubleshooting it was determined that the main board on the cluster had a failure. The fix for these cars was to replace the gauge cluster.
To remove the gauge cluster, the center console, radio surround and knee bolster need to be removed. Then the mounting bolts for the steering column need removed. This will give you the clearance to pull the cluster out. You will need a 7mm socket/nut driver, 13mm socket, 10mm socket and t-15 torx driver to take it apart. There are a couple of hidden screws behind the Trunk/Fog light switch and the inside air temp sensor cover. It is not difficult just a bunch of steps to get things apart in the correct order.

Now some of the other items you have going on may point to an issue with the serial data bus that all of the modules in the car communicate over. There are 2 connectors in the door one of which is the data bus that can get damaged and cause other issues to occur.
This thread talks about all of the issues with the electrical system in the C5 https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...tion-long.html. There are posts in it about the serial data bus and how to diagnose and repair the common issues.

I don't use more than approx 15 min to remove my cluster from the car .
These photoes show how I do it without removing my center console

I’ll save this too - but my issue is the instrument cluster daytime backlighting - they don’t come on when I open the door / start the car - Are there any vendors out there that repair this issue.
