Default Battery relocation

I have a rhd 1998 C5, the battery is on lhs of car, fuse box on rhs, I want to relocate the battery to the trunk, as battery is very hard to get at as it's under wioer compartment, my problem is routing cable from trunk through fire wall, where is easiest way through, any pictures of how to route it would be great

Just find a place to drill the firewall and use a 3/8” insulated bulkhead post. Its what I did in my car.

This sounds like a great idea - prolly better than routing a big massive cable through existing holes in the firewall, if you do it right
