1999 C5 issue

1999 C5 issue
I bought my 1999 last year and have had no real issues with it until the last month or so. My alarm will go off randomly for no reason. I keep the car in my closed garage and leave the doors unlocked on the car but the alarm will go off in the middle of the night and the doors are locked. I have tested the battery and it is good. I do not have the key fobs programmed to the car Since this issue started. The locks will randomly lock and unlock going down the road. The passive lock is off on the fobs. I need help!
