Just an update on my small vibration i have posted about in the past. Vibration damper replaced. rotors turned, brakes are good, new tires and a road force balance done. Vibration still there. Don't seem to be in torque tube. What would you look at next. I am very stubborn and determined to find the problem.
Another possibility is the Brakes - just turning the Rotors sometimes will *not cure vibrations, if indeed it is coming from the Rotors. Just an observation...I don't know the details of your troubles
Are you sure it's not the TT, or perhaps the couplers as part of the TT? Cannot be sure, but it's one of the only items left to diagnose...
Did not change the brake pads. they looked good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As far as the TT. Since it turns same rpm as the motor, wouldn't it vibrate sitting still and just reving the engine!!!!!!!!. At all rpm it is smooth. If going down the highway and put vehicle in neutral and coast the vibration remains. This small vibration is not bad, just annoying. Feel it in the seat. Maybe it is just the nature of the vehicle. Have not rode in another c5 for comparison.

If you feel it in the seat, look towards the rear of the car. I have not read if you have other posts but it sounds like it happens just driving. If so, the i would rule out the brakes. Look at wheel bearings or anything else spinning (axles?)

I had the same problem with mine. Mine vibrated at 60 mph. I had the tires balanced and still had the same problem. Had torque tube rebuilt and still had the same problem. Not as bad but I still had a vibration. The mechanic that rebuilt the torque tube said that he also tried to balance the tires but the two wheels on the drivers side were bent. I bought 2 rims and put them on and the vibration went away.

I don't believe this is correct. Someone chime in if incorrect, however, the TT is decoupled from the Motor with the Clutch, which means it spins continuously with the transmission / rear end (?) (since the transmission is in the rear of the car attached to the rear end). Thus, it could still be the source of your vibration. I don't believe it's that much to replace couplers of the TT, look to RPM for parts in this case, but still may be a valid reason...
Brakes are another story. I don't think the pads have anything to do with this, but the ROTORS might. However, most vibrations from rotors occurs when you apply the brakes, it doesn't seem to have enough rotational momentum to vibrate on their own, even if they are not balanced...
