Default Witch to use ?

2004 Z06, my temp gauge is off compaired to the temp readout in the DIC. Regular gauge is 8-9 degrees higher than readout in DIC. Any thoughts. I’m not or ever have been over hot. Just wonder if this is the norm. Thanks

It is the norm. If you look closely at the gauge, it is not a liner scale on it.
