Default Headlight issue
When turning my headlight stalk switch to the parking light position the headlights go up now . Any suggestions ?

It sounds stripped when lowering so I ordered a new brass gear .

Sounds like something is wrong in your stalk/wiring. Should stay up if on and turned to parking lights, but shouldn't go up when off and turn to parking lights.

Had same problem just installed a new motor and fixed both problems so could be more than just gear or this was my thinking so entire new motor from rockauto 68.00
installed it 30 min ago, ok so far. Good luck
