Low voltage after header install.

Low voltage after header install.
Gauge reads between 11.5 and 12.5 roughly for the past couple days. No issues starting. I had a meter on the battery last night at idle that showed 13.5 while the gauge read 13.0 but it hasn't been that high since. The ground wires near the oil filter are one and the starter wires went back on the same way they came off. Not sure what's going on here. Before the headers even the car never really read more than 13.7
