Thank you all but I'm looking for advise Can anyone help please?
Good afternoon, maybe y'all can give me some In sight, central NY does not have any good corvette places, My parents are in Daytona Fl, seriously considering just bringing there for better mechanics. I had an check engine light, service column lock, codes P0102, and P0332 So mechanic said I needed new ECM. (OK just do it and knock sensors too) he said because of exhaust system(BORLA and long headers) may get codes again and need special program. So pick vette up, check engine, same day, Now P0430 So, think I should get a tuner, dyno. If so? suggestions please?
If you have a good diagnostic shop in your area bring it there...you DON’T have to bring it to a “Corvette Shop”...your Corvette is just like any other GM car !!...if you go to Daytona Beach bring it to Assured Auto Works in Melbourne...let Brin Kline look at it !!...you don’t need a new PCM !!...your mechanic is CLUELESS !!
Thank you so much for all of your feedback
chevy did replace my PCM and knock sensors
I just want answers, because I just want to fix the issues, not piece by piece, so I can't drive because its always in the shop
So the Dealer replaced the PCM and knock sensors and you still have those DTC’s ???...bring it back to them and TELL them to fix it !!...if the PCM didn’t fix it they shouldn’t be charging you for one....IDIOTS !!
