Active Handling lights going on and off
What's up with this? I was able to get my bcm replaced with a used but re-flashed unit. I installed it, went through the 30 minute relearn, and to my relief the car started and ran. I took it for a short drive and it seemed ok. BUT, I now have an airbag light that won't go off and more concerning, the active handling goes on and off by itself, repeatedly. Feels a little like a loose wire or something that makes intermittent connection, but it has never done that before. I think I can get the airbag light to cooperate by getting the programming corrected (another dealer visit), but the active handling is bizarre. Any ideas guys? Thanks.

As for the AH light, are you getting a failure off and on or a notification that the system is activating at random? What else changed on the car or was touched recently?

When I start the car I get the message that AH is off, so I push the button to turn it on. But then it changes back and forth, on and off, on its own. Dash light goes on and off. ? I did check to see if I could get into Competitive driving mode, and it did. I didn't leave it there while driving to see if that would go on and off too. Maybe I should have. Aside from the replaced BCM (failed after a/c dripped water on it - have that drain fixed now), I have a new turn signal switch, new flasher unit, some new LED lights with an anti-flash circuit added. But that all worked fine before the bcm shorted out. This is a whole new symptom since I replaced the BCM.

For me the abs and traction control notification started popping up right after I did plugs and wires. Sometimes it comes on and sometimes it doesn't . Weird..,..sorry, didn't mean to hijack the thread
