Default NEED INFO: How to remove flasher unit?

Anyone know how to get to the flasher unit behind the hazard lights switch (to the left of the center air duct)?

I'm guessing you have to take the top part of the dash off to get to it, but wanted to ask and see if I get any advice before I start ripping things apart. :D

Thanks!

you guessed right...maybe time for some white faced gauges, or trim rings from vette essentials :) Whole top of dash has to come off...as well as center console (is it time for a new shifter as well :)

flip68,

Chevrolet should receive the "stupid design and engineering" award for the work necessary for replacement of the flasher unit in the C5.
