Key fob and driver memory acting up

Searched other threads but not quite what is going on with my 99 C5.......

Fob stopped working awhile back so I replaced battery as a precaution stood in front of car held both buttons down and synced fob....
Walked away and the horn goes off.....I didnt push the lock button....unlocked and starting walking away and boom horn sounded again...

Today I noticed the seat memory flashing so I think I have an issue with a module...which one would it be ??

Any thoughts....

Have you tried training the fob as per the owner's manual? Is your fob one with passive/active switching?
