You'll need an 18mm open end wrench and an 18mm socket. Possibly a strong allen-head socket/wrench as well depending on year and which parts you replace them with. Not sure of the size on that one, though.
I say this because the majority of tool kits out there do not have 18mm ANYTHING and you have to buy them individually. 18mm is used several other places on the C5, so you'll get your money's worth out of them.
