No air from vents

No air from vents
Had same issue before where the blower was not getting power. Changed the a/c resistor and it worked for about 2 months.
Now resistor is not getting power. Has positive and negative but no signal on 3rd wire. All fuses are fine and the climate control
lights up and appear to be working. How do I check it before spending $500 on a used one.
