overflow tank on my 97
was closing down the garage the other night and checking the overflow tank and it was about 1/4 inch below the full line. added about 6 oz. and was up to the full line. will i have to go through burp system when this took about 3 minutes? thanks

no,but if it is low again,time to find out why. Some leaks will keep the internal pressure from building.This is important, as the fluid will then boil and upset cooling. Pressure raises the boiling temperature

thanks for the reply. just took ownership of this 97 about two weeks ago. i love it. in the process of checking all fluid levels (engine oil,trans fluid,coolant ect.) will keep an eye on everything. thanks again.
