When only cold I may lean towards an ECT issue...maybe fuel pressure...hard to say without some testing...you can prime the fuel system when cold and see if that resolves it...can even be a cam sensor failing.
If you had injector or coil pack issues you’d be throwing some misfire DTC’s !!...coil packs are bulletproof on these cars anyway...when you throw parts at it you’re just throwing money at it !!
How old is your battery? It's very possible it may not be up to snuff if it's cranking slow. Or possibly your starter is tired or the wiring to it is suspect.
With the level of detail given by the OP, any suggestion is pure guesswork. We need more info, like how long is it cranking, is it sputtering and then firing or nothing seems to happen then its just suddenly running, how does it idle once its running....give us something to go on. If a picture speaks a thousand words, a video must speak a million.
I have this EXACT same issue, symptoms and start. I’ll try to post a video.
My issue also went away for a while but came back. I’m trying to figure out where the fuel check valve is. I believe there is one in the pump and another one in-line but I’m still researching.

Mine seems to be the same exact way. If I let go of the key too early, give it a sec, and try a 2nd time, it starts instantly without the hesitation like in your video. I'm guessing the above poster may be on to something with the fuel pressure bleeding off. But not sure because the pump should prime the system prior to startup.

what I’ve found is that the pressure bleeds off too much to where the 2 second prime isn’t enough for a smooth start. However, if I prime the pump 4-5 times, it starts perfectly. I’m just trying to figure out now where and how it’s bleeding off. Gm 10448899 check valve seems to be the culprit for many. Unfortunately it’s discontinued. I haven’t seen anyone with a problem with the check valve in the fuel pump. But there’s also less common problem, ie bad injector.
