so i got the dreaded codes i got new 02sensors installed checked fuses cleaned maf sensor need to check for exhaust leaks now and clean ground iam stock(2001). Not sure how to fix it and get rid of the codes im in AZ if anyone knows a good mechanic that can fix it completely please let me know or stuff i can try, these are my last 2 codes i dont have nothing to read volts
To diagnose this issue successfully you really need to have a scan tool to look at your O2 sensors and also your fuel trims...if the PCM sees the O2 millivoltage less than 200 mv for about 30 seconds the DTC will set...you’d be better off taking it to a mechanic especially if you don’t have a scan tool or a DVOM to look at the wiring !!
The scan tool isn’t going to tell you what needs to be replaced but the person looking at the data it’s providing will be able to interpret that data...the low O2 sensor low voltage code isn’t a really hard one to diagnose but finding a good diagnostic tech is...contact your local Corvette Club in your area and see who is recommended...that is about the best I can do for you...did you do any mods or have any repairs done to the car recently ???... ie...headers etc ??....that would help !!...did you use OEM O2 sensors ??...not a good idea to use aftermarket ones on these cars.
sadly they were not oem based sensors and a cat converter thats about it. haha dont know any corvette clubs sadly either only fellow vette lovers on the street
