NGK TR6 plugs
For those of you that use TR6 plugs, how often do you change them out if you were to:
A) go through bottle after bottle of the funny stuff
OR
B) hardly get high at all (barely use a bottle for the whole summer)..

Re: NGK TR6 plugs (Austrian Vette)
Do you guys recommend them for Non-Nitrous applications? If not what do you recommend? My car has 55k miles on it and I'll bet the plugs and wires are original. I think it is time for a change.

Re: NGK TR6 plugs (Ricksc5)
I would only install them on a turbo or nitrous car.
On the NA cars most of us take the TR55.

Re: NGK TR6 plugs (wrrvette)
I was changing twice a year, but only put around 2k on them. It's good to know that I don't have to change them that often.

Re: NGK TR6 plugs (wrrvette)
I guess I need to check back more often. I'll return the 55s and get the 55IXs. I plan on putting them in tomorrow. Thanks

Re: NGK TR6 plugs (hrdtopv8)
I called NGK that's the plug they spect. for my mods. gapped at .050 so I have been running them for two years. NGK said they are only good for about 10K so I change them every 5K
