I'm swapping to C6 Z51 brakes from the stockers on my 2003 coupe. I have the larger brackets and rotors. The new brackets don't come with the caliper guide pins. Can I transfer the ones from my stock brakes over or is it a different part? How about the caliper bracket mounting bolts, are they the same length or longer? I haven't taken anything off the car yet and would like to have everything before I start. Thank you all.

Fasteners swap over. I see you got the C6 Z51 brackets and rotors, did you get the C6 Z51 calipers as well? You'll need the rear C6 Z51 caliper with a smaller piston to work with the larger diameter rear rotor. If you use the C5 rear caliper with a larger piston along with larger diameter C6 Z51 rear rotors your rear end will break loose before the front under hard braking events. I learned by doing this to my 2002 C5Z HPDE car and had to get the rear C6 Z51 calipers to correct my brake balance. Check out the link below for more detail.
I appreciate the prompt thorough response, thank you! I am aware of the slight difference in bias with the rears. I've read many mixed reviews about that. Some leave it as is, some change the rear calipers. My car is not a track car so I'm on the fence. what do you think?

You'll never notice the difference is my guess. But I have to ask what do you expect to gain by doing this work? I made this change to my car because the Z51 calipers are more robust in track use than the C5 equipment but I can't see any other improvements worthy of doing the swap...

You're welcome! It may not be a concern driving on the street in dry conditions however it will be a safety risk driving in the rain especially as your tread depth nears replacement time. The risks on the road are higher because there are always other cars around you and braking events occur without warning. On track (HPDE) braking points are predictable, there are no traffic signals, stop signs, lane mergers, pedestrians crossing the road and no drivers texting on phones. I merely used my personal experience on track to illustrate the physics of what will occur with improper brake balance. I'd definitely spend a few more bucks for the correct rear calipers to stay safe in all conditions driving on public roads.
I have parked the car for the season (shitty northeast). So now it's time to tinker. One of the projects on my list is to flush all fluids including the brake fluid. While I'm at it im going to paint the calipers and new brackets red. The Z51 upgrade for me is simply cosmetic. Since I have it all apart I might as well add some bling. I'm still in research phase for pads though. No one seems to complain about hawks but there are so many flavors!
As for the rear calipers...now I have another quandary!!
