Good Evening Masters of the Corvette World,
Tonite i thought i would check my 03 AE for codes . Sure enough there were codes under 99HVAC .
They were "BO361 & BO 441" , I researched the and found they were Left actuator feedback short to GND and also Left actuator out of range. Should I be concerned? Also there was a "H", which means History . So I checked the a/c on high to check the cold air coming out ......center and passenger were ok cold but not real cold. The air temp out of drivers side was barely cool.
Would recharging the system elimniate the codes after clearing them out? If not was does a actuator look like and where is it ?
Why don't y0u clear the codes and see if they return.? The air temperatures you are seeing often indicate a lightly low charge. Recharging they system will have no effect on the codes.
