Joe - This code is set when the AIR system fails a functional test by the PCM. I am emailing you several service manual pages that describe the DTC and diagnostic measures. Good luck.

No kidding. Short answer is that code is usually (99% chance) caused by the $12 air pump check valve for the passenger side head (ie, Bank 2) going bad. Only bad part about it is that it's located between the firewall and the back of the engine and is basically impossible to replace unless the intake manifold is removed.

Some people have luck limping it along for awhile by cleaning it, but that's not going to last for long.

Must have cleaned mine three years ago, haven't had the code come back yet. Some limping, eh?

Consider yourself lucky then. Cleaning doesn't last long for many here based on what I've read.
