What's the stock height?
In another post, http://forums.corvetteforum.com/zerothread?id=446362 AUandAg was kind enough to give me the measurement from the ground to the top of the rear fender well, 28 7/8, on his C5 before it was lowered and, ~ 1 to 1 1/8 less in the front which woudl be ~ 27 7/8 to 27 3/4, (6/8 for those of you working in metrics :jester ).
Mine measures 27 3/8 in the rear and 27 1/2 in the front, (yes, the front is higher). This may explain why the front end gets light at high speeds.
I'm not willing to bet that GM ships them all at exactly the same height. Would some of you with non-lowered, (stock height), C5's measure from the ground to the top of the front and rear wheel wells through the center of each wheel and, post your findings here. I'll collect the info and post an average for everyone's knowledge.
Hopefully this will give me a number that I can adjust the rear to, that will put the car back into balance, without having to mess with the front end, the current front measurement is probably pretty close to stock based on the info I have now.
Thanks to all in advance. Steve

Gm makes them that high because of all the deep snow we drive through. I wish I could convince my Dad to drop his at least an inch. He won't budge though.
We don't have snow, I'm trying to get additional ground clearance for off roading. :jester
OLDVETTE - Thanks for the feed back.
