You mean remove a bolt that was assembled with red loctite? You need to heat it. Propane handheld torch should do the trick. You will see it smoke, and it will have a very sweet smell to it when it burns off. It should disassembe easily then.

One good point to note here, is not to use the red stuff if you can't use a torch to remove without damaging anything. The blue stuff usually will do the trick, but doesn't require heat to remove.

Robert- Once you get the bolts, out, you will need to clean the threads if you are going to reuse the bolts. A bench grinder with a wire brush, or a wire brush attachment for your drill motor will work great. If there is a bunch of the stuff on the bolt, you might want to consider chasing the inside threads with the appropriate size tap. **** maybe, but it's always easier to do it correctly one time than it is to do it twice. :D

The threadlocker was on my Brembo caliper studs... here's a pic. the heat melted the red threadlocker.
