04 c5. Lowered rear bolts all the way( untill no more threads exposed)floor to center of fender 28". Lowered front all the way(allthe threads exposed). Front was still about 27.2 from floor to center of fender. Was too high still. Big gap between tire and fender and body was level, i do not want level, want slight rake. Removed front lowering bolts, replaced with aftermarket from pic above, lowered front to 26-1/8 which made perfect slight rake and perfect gap. Items are pictured above. Added anti scrape wheels pictured above.

Man I didn't take before pics. I can take after pic in morning. I threw car cover back on in garage and came in. Here's the wheels mounted on the front braces which is where all corvettes drag going up driveways. I'll take pick tomorrow of stance.
FYI, the pads will eventually tear off those bolts and then they squeak steel on aluminum. I've been using pieces of rubber belting to fix mine since I don't have stock ones to use. Has to be re-done every now and then.
I re-did the pads using a hole cutter on a drill and hockey puck. Glued them on with hybrid sealant. Not the full thickness of the puck!
May have mentioned this before but it wasn’t difficult to deal with completely seized (through rust) front adjusters. I had no success heating them up (carefully so you don’t melt the spring) but anyway, both parts starting turning in the spring. Oh no, you might think but they then come out (of the spring) easily enough.
Take them to a vice, use more heat/wire brush etc and the bolt will free up just fine. I then cleaned everything well before using epoxy to glue back into the spring.
