Default OBD2 codes 327 and 332.

I bought a C6, 2012 Z06 Inferno Orange Metallic, and planned on (wife demands) selling my 98 coupe. It had the off scale high oil pressure issue common in C5's.
I took it to my mechanic, he repaired the pressure issue and now I am plagued with the code 327 and 332.
{327 Knock Sensor 1 Circuit Low Input (bank 1 or single sensor) and 332 Knock Sensor 2 circuit Low Input (bank 2)}
He stated that since he had the components out of the way, he replaced the knock sensor.
He also replaced the PCV and associated hoses cause they look in dire straights.
The day after I took possession of the car and approximately 50 miles of driving, I got the dreaded check engine light.
I scanned and reset several times and it just keeps coming back to haunt me.
So, I took it back to him and this time he replaced the harness.
Again, the damn to codes are back to continue to haunt me.
What should I do to end this misery?

Hopefully he used real GM sensors.

All bets are off if he didn’t.

Id put the old ones back in. Since they were working.....

I think it's best to do some measurements on these knocksensors to get some facts and verify if the sensors or the wiring is causing these DT's.
If you you check the resistans of the sensors they shall between 93-107 K ohms internal restistance .
Are these sensors torqued correctly with 15Nm ?
Here is also a good video on how to check these sensors from

Excellent information! The video was extremely informative, it taught me how that system works. Now, to see if I can successfully troubleshoot and put this headache to sleep. Thanks! 🇺🇸😎

My problem has finally been resolved. I ordered two new (the existing pair were new to begin with) knock sensors. (I refused to have my normal mechanic attempt again: he created the original problem, and on his second attempt to fix it, he failed me again.) So, what was the final corrective action, you ask?
  • I asked my neighbor, a mechanic himself, to give it a shot. He removed the intake manifold, in a planned replacement of both knock sensors.
  • He noticed three pinches on the harness. (My normal mechanic stated that he replaced it when I took the car back the 2nd time.)
  • Therefore, I ordered a harness.
  • My neighbor replaced both sensors and the harness.
I knew in the first 50-miles of driving, and the check engine light did not re-illuminate, that the headache was finally over.
Kudos to Gary Speakman, my neighbor, for his OUTSTANDING performance.
For the love of Corvette's, keep sharing info, driving the beauties and enjoy the great American sports car.
