Default Foglights Do Not Work

2002 coupe

Been trying to trace this issue down for a while. The problem was intermittent but now the fog lights flat out don't come on.

In the engine compartment fuse box, relay #39 is working, fuse #6 is good. The fog light button inside lights up. Ground pack next to coolant reservoir was removed and cleaned up.

I checked the fog light connector with a multimeter and I get zero power. So I have narrowed it down to the connector. Why does the connector not receive power? Any leads?

Never updated the thread but I will now.

Turned out to be a bad ground on the passenger side splice pack near the coolant reservoir. Took the splice pack apart and gave it a good cleaning with a wire brush and fog lights worked after that!
