Plus it will help to post a little more info about the car like mileage, how long you have owned it, maintenance history, does it have the anti-venom mod, if so how many washers, how long has it been occuring, etc. The more info you provide the better chance you'll get a better return on info. 
I'm no expert on the Tremic T56 transmissions by no means, but it sounds like syncro's are shot.

Majority of people on here believe the tick MC will fix a very high percentage of clutch problems. Tons and tons of info out on your problem try them all if still dont work nrw clutch.
