There is a UTube video about a guy fixing his player. He was able to bang on his and get it working. It is a video from 2015 by Ben Byrum. That got me started. The banging worked to get the magazine out but I looked at the trays and one disc was missing. By the way, I was changing discs when I hit a bump. That is when mine started to have a problem. I kept changing discs and I can only guess that once that disc got stuck, the thing didn't know where it belonged and was trying to put it back in a tray that had a disc in it. I tried hitting it sideways and then I turned it upside down and gave it a rap both with the door open and closed. I think it was with the door open that it finally ejected. Anyway, after getting the magazine out I saw that there was a disc stuck in the player part. It would not come out. Thinking that it was trying to load it on to a tray with a disc in it I took all of the cd's out of the trays and put the magazine in. It worked. The disc went to a tray and everything is working fine.
From now on, no changing discs on a bumpy road and no rapid changing. Let it settle before going to the next disc.
Once you have the cassette out you need to carefully remove the last CD that is still stuck in the unit. It will come out but it will cut your fingers. Put it correctly back in the cassette and put the cassette back in the changer. Turn the radio on and select the rear changer. Sit there and let the changer cycle through all 12 CDs and then start to play #1.

Don't ride on that road again.
The CD would not come out no matter what I did until I took all the CD's out of the trays and put all of the trays back in the magazine and reloaded the magazine. Then the CD was loaded on to one of the trays and i was ready to go as I said in my post. My fingers are fine. No cuts.
