ATI 10% Under drive balancer

ATI 10% Under drive balancer
I need to replace the harmonic balancer on my 97 C5. I see summit has one for $200 for racing one. I have opportunity to buy brand new ATI 10% balancer for $215.00 shipped.
My questions is is it worth going with underdrive pulley?
Will I gain some horsepower with ATI?
Does 10% underdrive balancer mean it's 10% smaller in diamater than oem one? will I need shorter belt?
Is $215.00 good price?
I plan on installing the BTR stage 2 Cam kit, LS intake, 243 zo6 Cylinder heads, and Speed Engineering exhaust at the same time.

which one should I go with? Racing one from Summit? Or 10%ATI UNDER DRIVE BALANCER?

The summit brand balancer is a great quality piece. I just installed one with no problems. It can be installed to replace the oem but also has extra groves on it if you want to run a supercharger. Looks nice too.

Even though that one has a extra rob it doesn't matter I can still use it?
And I can use orignal oem belt size with that one?
