After reading many threads I have come to the conclusion that I may have a bad wiper control stalk so wanted to run this by the group for inputs.
My issue started with one wiper not seating all the way down when off, probably 3" away from seating hump. Several weeks later the other arm did the same. Now the washer fluid doesn't work ( this may be due to the steering column replacement at the dealership but not sure).
All stalk controls seem to work properly such as intermittent settings but I am finding this odd. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am about to check for leaks from reservoir today.
If you recently had the steering column replaced and now having wiper and related issues I would take it back to them. Something didn’t go back together correctly.
Only the washer went out after steering replacement, wipers not seating was before the steering column replacement. I should have been clear on the sequence of events and thanks..
So the wipers work, they just don’t seat down properly? Do a search for “windshield washers won’t park.” Looks like you need a new motor and/or transmission.

Thanks, guess at the ripe old age of 23 it's probably time to knock out the wiper system and be done with it. I will research as suggested and appreciate the feedback!
