I’m including a video.. it looks bad to me. What do you guys think?
The video is brief and never really stays stationary. Based on what I saw, I would mark it with paint and run it. If the paint lines move apart or the outer ring moves so the belts are not in alignment, then replace it. I bought my car nearly 30k ago and the balancer has looked about like that since the day I bought it. If you mark it in 3 spots you will always be able to easily see it when you turn it off.

Def mark it and keep abs eye on it. Plenty of c5 balancers out there go the life of the car with no issue. In other news, your steering rack looks to be in excellent condition.
