Heater/defrost blower won't work

Heater/defrost blower won't work
Am I doing something wrong? No one has answered any of my questions. Do I have something set wrong? I feel like a step-child, 
you know the bratty kind nobody likes? So I tried to delete some of my posts but I don't see a delete button. This is a bummer bc I love this place.
The apparently challenged AAA guy who came to jump my c5 hooked up the cables backward
and upon driving to get a battery, noticed the radio and the heater/defrost blower weren't working. Fixed the radio(was the fuse) But the blower wasn't the fuse. I believe it was the jumbo fuse 51 passenger side fuse box. Any suggestions??? Help! I can't go through another winter without a defroster. If I had known what a pain in the butt his mistake was going to be, I'm almost certain I would've given him a vagina kick that would've lasted in HIS memory for as long as the smoke and sparks I saw have lasted in mine! Grr.
