I recently had some break issues and now the Hvac control unit is glitching. I did notice when the break light turns off the Hvac works right away. I’m not sure why the Hvac would be linked to the breaks but is anybody swear of a work around for this issue. The abs unit is bad and very expensive to replace. Since my car is just a Sunday driver I’m ok with out the abs working.

If you are saying the RED brake light comes on now and then you have an issue with the base brakes, not the ABS. Don't drive the car until the issue with the RED light is resolved. Problems with the ABS module don't light the RED brake light. You get a code and you get the ABS symbol or traction control symbol to light in a yellow color.
Not sure what is going on with your HVAC but you should use the ON Board Diagnostics to check the HVAC for codes. If you don't know how to do that follow this guide by Froggy:
