Ground for 12v cigarette lighter.....
Does anyone know exactly where the ground wire attaches to the cig lighter socket, the one under the flip open door covering the ashtray? Years ago, an idiot at the 'repair shop' who changed my 4 way flasher the first time also broke my console, and also must have torn off the ground wire, too, because I get 12v to the (orange?) wire, but that's the only wire I see. A pic would be great. If I absolutely have to, I suppose I could run a different ground wire. But I'd rather do it right. I suspect a large diameter terminal was mounted on the socket assembly, but don't know for sure. Thank you for any help..........
