Harmonic Balancer Pin kit
I see there are two different pin kits out there for pinning the HB. ATI makes one where the pin is installed/drilled into the crank snout where the others are drilled along the snout . Can anyone shed light on the pros and cons of both? I will be installing the ATI on my car soon when I replace the camshaft. Trying to decide which kit to utilize.

I used the ATI along with the ATI balancer. The only problem I ran into was getting a drill to fit perpendicularly to the crank snout. I was near to buying an angle drill (hate expenses, but love new tools), but solved the issue by using drill extensions coming in from the driver's side wheel well. If I did it again, I think I'd choose the angle drill route since the whole, long assembly was pretty wobbly for such precise work.
