Window regulator
Heard a pop and grinding noise as I put down the passengers side window on my 2003 convertible.
I assume I need to replace the regulator.
In doing a search for the part it seems the price for the regulator is anywhere from $50 to $250 (including motor).
Any recommendations would really be helpful. I don't want to put in junk that doesn't fit or work right.
Also in doing my research, some members complained that the new units moved the window up and down too slowly.
Can you EASILY swap out the motors using the original motor in the new regulator.
