This honestly looks more like an aftermarket hood fitment issue. There's no hood adjustment available there. Either shim the fenders and/or try "lowering" the hood at the hinge-hood bolts and hope it doesn't sit too far under the front bumper.

Your fender alignment is not great either.
And your headlight cover may also not be quite right.
You have more issues than just your hood. And I agree with heggsc5 it looks like that hood is not shaped quite right.
Might be a game of "good enough" when playing with multiple panels at once.

There's four rubber corner stop studs that can be adjusted up or down along with the hood hinges and latches, I'd start with the front rubber stops so the front of the hood is flush with the front bumper edge then try the rears to match to the fenders. If you remove the headlight covers you'll see the white plastic nut studs for up and down cover adjustments.

Well it turned out that the slide bolt on the hood vibrated down. I moved it back and tightened down. Now it’s testing where it should be.
