Default Power steering fluid leak.....

Hello,
I have a steering fluid leak where the shaft meets the rack. (Please see pic). The oring is saturated and appears to seep down slowly underneath the pinion assembly and then drip on my garage floor. Does anyone know if this is an easy o-ring to replace or is a rack rebuild necessary? Thank you!

Thanks. I’m just wondering if this is an easy replacement. Turn one does full rebuilds.

I was thinking about just picking up an oring at the parts store. Looks to be a standard size. But thank you! Appreciate the help.
