You might have to apply a little heat to soften up the thread lock.

So the caliper attaches to the slider pins through an ear in the caliper bracket. That bolt is on the order of an 8mm bolt. The big bolt holds the bracket to the knuckle, which is aluminum. Getting torch heat to the right place and not hitting the aluminum knuckle with too much heat will be a challenge.

The caliper bracket is cast iron so unless the big bolts were cross threaded, stick with the impact gun. Usually, the 18V battery impact guns don’t have the oomph to loosen them. A good air driven one will. If the small bolts, both those bolts and the slider pins are still available, If they aren’t moving cut the heads off and get new bolts and pins. The big bolts are available, and the caliper brackets can be found used. If you mess up the knuckle, your work effort goes up a good bit.

If you are just changing pads, the caliper brackets do not have come off. Rotors, yes they do have to come off.

I was able to break loose caliper bracket bolts with a 1/2 " drive breaker bar and floor jack on the breaker bar. I had to raise the car enough so I had room to get the jack under the breaker bar.

Those pins that the calipers slide on have flat spots for a 5/8 wrench. I was spinning them until I saw the two flat spots. They were still tight with thread locker on them. I used a 1/2 in air wrench to remove them
