C5R heads in a normal LS1/LS6 engine... It is possible??
I know that in the past, it is too much job and money....
Now with more than 5 years of development, would like to know if it possible to switch the LS1/LS6 heads for the C5R heads!!
Also what intake is the best to use in conjuntion with the C5R heads!
I'm planning to do a conversion in the '99 FRC soon and just finding the best combo!!

From what I understand they will work on a 4.125" bore(not sure if it has to be the C5-R block), but you will definately need a custom intake made. Not sure what headers will fit either. If you have the money for the heads, then you should be ok with the rest! ;)

I have a set of C5R heads that are almost done. They are flowing 377/250 in/ex on our Superflow 600 bench. With an exhaust pipe, it is 20-25cfm more. This is a drag race port job.
Please give us a call for details toll free at 866-539-5605 and ask for Wade.

When you mean drag race, it is not for street??
I'd assume he meant they were ported for making tons of power at higher RPM such as you need for dragracing. A huge cammed solid roller setup would be a necessity for these heads.
