Don't think that exists. The CD changer needs to be hooked to a factory C5 radio to function.
I think the only thing you could do out side of the vehicle is to insert and eject the CD cartridge.

my thought process is ...
if I can get power to it ~ it will go thru its cycle/ or give an indication of why it is not - easier to do on a bench than leaning over a rear bumper
