Default 1999 c5 ecm

Thanks for allowing me to join. Have my first Corvette at 68 years young. Is it true that there are no new ECM’s for the 97-01? Thanks

Not true, you can still find them, as well as several places that can rebuild them. ECM or PCM as we call them are very robust, the one thing you have to check for is a leaking battery, because the pcm is directly below it.

If you left out a letter the EBCMs are the culprits that are not available except used for a high price

Those concerns the brake module. Anybody rebuilding them? If not and you cannot find one then what? Thanks

The older ones can't be repaired, there's a sticky thread where a 99 ebcm was converted to a 01 to 04 successfully. If you can't buy a used one, you drive without abs
