I recently installed the Bulldog remote starters in both my daily drivers (but not my Vette).
One of the dailys has the anti-theft "pellet" in the key similar to what the C5 uses.
My options were to:
a. bypass the anti-theft all together (didn't do that because of car insurance worries).
b. add a home-brew relay that would temporarily wire in a resistor, the same value as the ignition key pellet.
c. buy the optional package from the remote starter manufacturer; that used an extra key holder... where you placed a spare key into it and permant mount the gizmo under the dash. It uses the spare key (and its pellet) to allow starting of the car.
Best to contact the remote starter manufacturer and see what they have available.
